Business goal: IdentityNORTH (now known as Excite) hosts conferences on digital trust, digital identity, and the digital economy. Though the topics are highly technical and niche, they have wide-ranging effects on all aspects of society So, the organizers wanted to develop summaries of the conferences that the average person could understand.
Description of work: I attended the conferences and wrote reports that summarized the key findings in ways that were accessible to the general public.
Outcome: The reports were made available for free to the public and are widely shared among the Canadian digital identity community.
