Tracie has a successful career transforming companies in fast-changing industries. But she was not well known outside of the companies she worked for and her professional network.
Tracie has a compelling story as a change leader who champions innovation and diversity. That’s where my team started: with Tracie’s story, accomplishments, passions, and strengths. Based on this and Tracie’s goals for the campaign, we produced an in-depth strategy for building her reputation on social media.
I worked with Tracie to grow her Twitter community from under a hundred to over twelve hundred (and still growing). In addition, we worked together to regularly post engaging and informative content to her LinkedIn profile to keep her contacts updated about her work, passion, and skills.
By sharing her expertise with a wider audience, I helped Tracie establish new contacts in her industry. For example, she received multi offers to connect offline and was even invited to speak at a conference by someone who found her through Twitter.
