Here are a few samples of my work that weren’t covered in the Client Case Studies.
User guides
Creating a Fictional World: A guide for science fiction and fantasy writers – A comprehensive guide that provides information, tips, and worksheets for creating a fictional world. I designed this guide for print, so the PDF contains a few blank pages to ensure sections started on a right-hand page when printed.
Using a Facebook Page to Promote your Organization – A step-by-step guide to using a Facebook Page to promote a business or organization. Due to updates to Facebook, some info in this guide is out of date.
Project plans
Document Plan for A Guide to Worldbuilding for Writers and Gamers – A document plan that outlines the audience, content, and creation strategy for a user guide.
Going Home After a Stroke: A Guidebook for Caregiver: Documentation Plan – A document plan for developing a guidebook for Providence Villa to help stroke patients and their families. This was a team project.
White paper
Providing Effective and Low-Cost Customer Service with Artificial Intelligence – A white paper that outlines a customer service solution for managers and executives in companies that experience a high volume of customer service calls.
Online learning
Supremely Solitaire: web-based interactive training module – The full training module is available here. You can download high-res versions of the sections I wrote and filmed at the following links. They can be played in any web browser:
