Keeping a mailing list of 18,000 subscribers engaged with weekly newsletters

Business goal: A coaching and membership site needed to keep their mailing list excited about their newsletters so that subscribers would stick around and be primed to open emails about paid offers.

Description of work: I developed copy for weekly newsletters to keep subscribers engaged and analyzed the results of each campaign to iterate on our content strategy.

Outcome: Newsletters had an average open rate of 37% with dozens of subscribers replying to each email with positive feedback and an unsubscribe rate of under 1%.
